Ben Martin, Chair

Ben is the founder of Evolution Group of Companies and CEO of Evolution Fulfillment Inc., Evolution Group of Companies is four companies in the third party logistics and software development sector. Ben is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years experience in the fashion, logistics and transportation industry. With an in-depth financial and business development background, he has keen experience in process and structure related business models and stays knowledgeable with current and trending business growth differentiators. Ben is a very active family man, raising his four children in Ladner for 20 years. He has been active is his kids sports, coaching, volunteering and fund raising. He enjoys road and mountain biking, golf, concerts and contributing to his community.

Nauman Jutt, Vice Chair

Nauman is among the youngest McDonald’s franchise owners in the country, proudly serving the South Delta community. His entrepreneurial career began at 18 with an ice cream shop in Surrey, BC, and evolved to include the operation of multiple gas stations and truck stops across Canada under various brands. With extensive experience in operations, financial management, and sales development, Nauman is also a dedicated husband and father of two, Zayn and Zara. He is committed to community engagement and upholding principles of diversity and inclusion.

Andrea O'Leary, Secretary/Treasurer

Andrea O'Leary is the owner and operator of SONA Western, a fintech company providing tailored merchant service solutions. She and her team work closely with clients to meet their unique needs and collaborate with partners like ABLE BC and the BC Hotel Association to enhance services. Previously, Andrea founded Coastal Olive Oils, a successful specialty food shop in Tsawwassen. A long-time Delta resident, she actively supports local events and initiatives, contributing to community growth. Andrea lives in Tsawwassen with her husband and children. In her free time, she enjoys horseback riding, swimming, and spending time with loved ones. With over 20 years in the community, Andrea remains dedicated to both business innovation and local engagement.

Jennifer Dimmock, Director

With nearly two decades of leadership experience across multiple industries, Jennifer Dimmock brings energy, heart, and vision to her role as a Director of the Delta Chamber of Commerce. She is the founder of BLEZAmoves, a community-focused initiative that encourages movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection through wellness events and outdoor activities.

Jennifer’s career journey has spanned the fintech, automotive, and office technology sectors—holding roles such as Territory Sales Manager, Business Manager, and most recently, General Manager at a digital print solutions company. No matter the role or industry, Jennifer is known for her leadership, her ability to build strong, trusted relationships, and her commitment to creating team cultures rooted in collaboration and care.

A passionate adventurer at heart, Jennifer channels her love for mountain biking, snowboarding, yoga, and fitness into building community. Since 2014, she has led the organization of North Delta’s Annual Block Party and Bike Ride—beloved local traditions that bring neighbours together, spark new friendships, and highlight the vibrant spirit of the community.

Jennifer is deeply committed to creating connections that help Delta thrive—economically, socially, and soulfully.

Ken Malenstyn, Director

Ken has an entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for building brands and telling stories. He has a long history of creating content for all platforms, including 20 years leading his own television production company. Ken then spent several years as a partner in a small chain of specialty outdoor retail stores. He’s currently immersed in the world of brewery management, as GM and a founder of Barnside Brewing Co. He also grows hops and raises sheep on his Delta farm, staying connected to his agricultural roots.

Zahid Gani, Director

Zahid is the Principal of Two Oceans Ventures, a Canadian search fund focused on acquiring, operating, and growing a small-to-medium-sized business. He is passionate about entrepreneurship through acquisition and committed to building and scaling businesses with strong foundations and long-term potential. Prior to founding Two Oceans Ventures, Zahid was a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he worked closely with senior leaders at some of Canada’s largest organizations on strategy development, operational improvement, and transformational change. His experience spans multiple industries and includes advising on high-impact, complex initiatives. Zahid combines strategic thinking with a hands-on leadership approach to drive value and sustainable growth. He is a qualified CPA and a CFA charterholder.

John Bourbonniere, Director

John is Executive Vice President at Harbour Link Container Services Group of Companies located in Delta and has been a part of the Senior Leadership team for the past 14 years. John is a transportation specialist with over 50 years experience in all aspects of truck transportation, operations, marketing, labour and cross border and drayage activities. During his career John has held a variety of senior management positions in Transportation and Logistics and retired in 2010 and came out of retirement and joined Harbour Link in 2011 with primary responsibilities focused on day-to-day Operational Oversight, Labour and Industry/Government Relations. John is a Past Chair of the BC Trucking Association (BCTA) 1996–98 and continues to participate as a board member of the BCTA as well as serves on the board of the Canadian Trucking Alliance (CTA) in addition John is active on several other Industry Association committees; CIFFA, CILTNA, and WESTAC as well as the Delta Chamber of Commerce.

Brad Duncan, Director

With 28 years in the construction industry, Brad has worked on major infrastructure projects across Western Canada. First working with his family’s company based in East Delta, he joined Greenbelt Excavating and its sister company Springline Construction in 2012. Since then, and in his current role as Vice President he has played a major role in the growth that led to the acquisition of Delta Aggregates in 2019 and the formation of Core Site Solutions in 2024 to unite all three companies under one Masterbrand. Brad lives in Cloverdale with his wife Pam and their three kids. In his spare time, he enjoys watching his kids’ sports, golf, travel, and live music. Being born and raised in Delta, Brad looks forward to being a part of the board and continuing to advocate for business in Delta.

Rob Allan, Director

Rob is a partner with the Richmond law firm Campbell Froh May & Rice LLP, where he has built a successful solicitor’s practice with an emphasis on transactional work in the commercial fishing sector. During his time as a trusted advisor to his clients, Rob has worked with countless business owners, with businesses of all sizes and in a wide range of industries, to help them achieve their objectives. Rob also enjoys working with multigenerational family businesses to assist with restructuring and succession planning.

Rob and his wife Trisha – a small business owner herself – are proud to call Tsawwassen their home. In his spare time, you are likely to find Rob golfing, kayaking, enjoying Centennial beach with his family or a good book, or at the rink cheering on his son.

Sheena Sidhu, Director

Sheena Sidhu is the Controller of YAAT (Yard At A Time Concrete Ltd.), VRM (Vancouver Ready Mix Inc.), and FWP (Fraserway Prekast Ltd.). She was born and raised in Vancouver, BC and lives in Cloverdale, BC with her husband. Be it elementary school, high school, or sports, Sheena was actively involved in their three childrens’ school PAC committees, field trips, and fundraisers. After raising their children, it made sense to Sheena to restart her career in their business. Her journey into the accounting and finance world began over 30 yrs ago. Along with her hard work ethic and organization skills, Sheena has always been driven and has a wide range of experience in both public and private practice. She was a Financial Analyst at BC Hydro for over 10 years and continued taking CGA courses while working there. Sheena also has a Diploma in Financial Management (Accounting) from BCIT.

She is an active member of the community and currently serves on The Delta Chamber of Commerce (Director), Concrete BC (Convention Committee), and HAVAN (Membership Committee). Sheena finds satisfaction and fulfillment in giving back to the community. This ambitious and social woman loves what she does and the industry. It is full of people with great work ethics, self-confidence, and an ability to have fun.  Being actively involved has allowed her to meet some inspiring, powerful professionals and make lifelong friends. Sheena has grown personally and professionally. Sheena is excited about her role at the Delta Chamber of Commerce. Her personal motto: Nothing is Impossible!

Steven Stark Slə́qsit, Indigenous Advisor

Steven is the founder, president and CO of Tsawwassen Shuttles Inc. (TSI), one of the most prominent employers within the Tsawwassen First Nation community. His company provides a wide range of land and marine transportation services, as well as street sweeping and water truck services.

Rosanne Horner, Past Chair

Rosanne Horner is Vice President, Financing, South Fraser Region for BDC. Since 2006, she has worked with hundreds of owners and management teams to help them scale their businesses. She has directly worked with companies across B.C. to secure senior debt financing, mezzanine capital, and management consulting solutions to help them grow, become more efficient and enhance their management capabilities. Over this time, she has become a trusted resource for private companies that have the ambition to become best in class. Prior to BDC, she held various positions in Operations Management.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia, a Management certificate in Human Resources from BCIT, and an MBA from the University of Hertfordshire (UH).
