Yvonne Anderson - Santevia Water Systems
Chair Yvonne Anderson is the founder and CEO of Santevia Water Systems Inc. a Delta start up. Santevia manufactures and distributes home water filtration products in Canada, the USA and Europe. The Santevia is located in Tilbury Industrial park and many of the team live, work and play in Delta. Yvonne has raised her three kids in Beach Grove and is an active volunteer in Delta. You can often find her running on the dyke, biking around the community or at some meeting in a local coffee shop! Yvonne currently serves on:

Rick Gibbs - Neutron Factory Works
Vice-Chair Rick Gibbs is co-founder and President of Neutron Factory Works, an award winning industrial contracting company based in Delta BC, servicing the Food, Beverage and Manufacturing sectors. Starting out in industry as a JM Red Seal Electrician over 25 years ago, Rick gained extensive experience working in all types of manufacturing and processing facilities, from the production floor to the boardroom. Rosanne Horner - BDC
Treasurer Rosanne Horner is the Director, BC & the North Region for BDC’s Advisory Services. Since 2006, she has worked with hundreds of owners and management teams to help them scale their businesses. She has directly worked with companies across B.C. to secure senior debt financing, mezzanine capital, and management consulting solutions to help them grow, become more efficient and enhance their management capabilities. Over this time, she has become a trusted resource for private companies that have the ambition to become best in class. Prior to BDC, she held various positions in Operations Management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia, a Management certificate in Human Resources from BCIT, and an MBA from the University of Hertfordshire (UH). |

Les Voros - Voros Financial

Les Voros runs Voros Financial, a financial services practice. Les has overseen the multi-million dollar operations of a national organization. With responsibilities focused on client relations, operations, and employee support, his skills are diversified making him flexible in understanding financial planning needs. Married for more than 20 years, Les has two children, and enjoys spending time on the water, on the slopes and exploring new places.

Dr. Joan Hansen
Director Dr. Joan Hansen graduated as a Doctor of Optometry in 1979 from the University of Waterloo. She is now retired after operating a private group practice in Tsawwassen since 1983. As an active member of the business community, she has held a numerous senior Board positions including President of the British Columbia Association of Optometrists (BCAO), Chair of Optometry Giving Sight (OGS), Chair of the Canadian Optometric Education Trust Fund (COETF) and Chair of the Canadian Association of Optometrists. Outside of Optometry, Dr. Hansen has been involved with the business community as a past Director of The Delta Chamber of Commerce, President of the Tsawwassen Rotary Club and appointee to the Delta Police Board to name a few. As a leading expert in her field, Dr. Hansen has made numerous appearances on local and network TV news shows, and has been quoted numerous times in local and national Canadian newspapers and magazines. |
John Mancini
Director John has lived in North Delta for over 45 years, and during those years coached North Delta youth soccer, served on a civic committee and task force, and on other community committees. John recently retired from a large engineering company where he worked as a construction procurement analyst during the construction of local, major transportation projects. John developed his procurement experience in an engineering setting: managing construction contracts; equipment and material agreements; and professional services agreements. John is thrilled to be part of the Chamber and looks forward to supporting it in its endeavours. John is a great supporter of his Italian Folk Club, and has returned as its President. John is a long-time and avid fan of the Vancouver Whitecaps, and an enthusiastic supporter of Vancouver Opera. |
David Payne - Harbour Link Container Services
Director David is a CITT graduate who has devoted his career to the maritime and transportation sector. He formally managed stevedoring operations at BC Ports followed by managing container operations for a major container shipping line calling at the Port of Vancouver. Throughout the past 25 years he has led the container drayage and off-dock container terminal business originally established to support the landside operations of Maersk Line, which the Payne Group acquired in 2009 and renamed Harbour Link Container Services Inc. He is currently the President and CEO of Harbour Link Container Services Inc. David is also a member of the Western Transportation Advisory Committee (WESTAC). |
Rick Warner - NSERC-Pacific
Director Rick has managed science and technology-based projects and initiatives in British Columbia in industry, post-secondary institutes and government since 1984. He holds a B.Sc. (1980) from McMaster University and is a graduate of the Management Skills in Advanced Technology (MSAT) Program (1996) at Simon Fraser University. Rick was employed at the BC Innovation Council, from 1984 until 2000 and was Director of Programs when he left. At their peak, these programs invested $40M annually. From 2000 to 2006 Rick was engaged in a variety of contract and consulting positions including Director of Technology Transfer at Vancouver Island University; curriculum development and research management at Simon Fraser University; review of the science and technology investments of the provincial government resulting in the merger of the Science Council of BC and the Advanced Systems Institute into the BC Innovation Council and Managing Director at the Mitchell Odyssey Foundation. Since May of 2006 he has been the Manager of NSERC-Pacific that currently focuses on the delivery of NSERC’s Research Partnership programs especially Engage, Connect and Experience. Rick is a past Chairman of the Vancouver Enterprise Forum (VEF) and past Chair of the VEF Operations Committee. He is currently a director of the Mitchell Odyssey Foundation |
