Chamber Luncheon – Saving our Industrial Lands

Join Delta Mayor Lois Jackson and Delta Corporation Community Planning and Development Director, Thomas Leathem, as they share their vision of revitalizing Delta’s industrial land base and planning for Zone C in the Tilbury area .

The concept envisages lot reconfiguration, a new road and pedestrian layout, higher intensity industrial uses, green buildings and infrastructure, creation of a waterfront ‘heart’ and ‘main street’ area with public amenities and services to support a vibrant industrial sector.
